Remarketing Lease End Inspection Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee end-of-lease inspection activities and manage dealership and 3rd-party vendor relationships for returned vehicles; make independent decisions on vehicle inspections, arbitrations, and auction sales; act as SME for inspections and lease returns (mileage, condition); coordinate and document lease-end processes, support post-sale arbitration resolutions, and drive process improvements to ensure compliance with lease terms, policies, and regulatory requirements while delivering strong customer service; collaborate with remarketing sales, manage escalations, and ensure proper documentation and risk management throughout the lease-end workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Salesforce.com experience
- 5 years minimum experience in vehicle inspections and/or auto auction industry
- 3 years minimum experience in customer service managing escalations
- 2 years minimum experience in Automotive Remarketing industry
- High School Diploma and/or GED (college or degree preferred)
