Remarketing Lease End Inspection Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee end-of-lease inspections and returns for Stellantis Financial Services, coordinating with dealers and 3rd party vendors; decision-making on vehicle inspections, arbitrations, and auction sales; serve as SME for lease-end inspection terms (mileage, condition); manage vehicle inspections, wear-and-tear assessments, and documentation; enforce arbitration policies, handle customer inquiries, and maintain dealer relationships; drive process improvements in lease-end workflow and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls. Requires strong MS Excel/Office skills, excellent communication, organizational abilities, and travel up to 10%. Located within commuting distance to Dallas, TX or Auburn Hills, MI; eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum of Salesforce.com experience
- 2 years’ minimum of Automotive Remarketing industry experience
- 3 years’ minimum of Customer Service experience managing escalations
- 5 years’ minimum experience in vehicle inspections and/or auto auction industry
- High School Diploma and/or GED, college or degree preferred
