Job Summary
Oversee the end-of-lease and inspection process for leased vehicles, coordinating with dealers, lessees, and 3rd-party inspection vendors; determine vehicle condition, manage arbitration and auction decisions, and ensure compliance with lease terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum of Salesforce.com experience
- 2 years’ minimum of Automotive Remarketing industry experience
- 3 years’ minimum experience in Customer Service managing escalations
- 5 years’ minimum experience in vehicle inspections and/or auto auction industry
- High School Diploma and or/GED, college or degree preferred

- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX
