Remarketing Lease End Inspection Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee the end-of-lease inspection process and ensure smooth vehicle returns by coordinating with dealers, lessees, and 3rd-party inspection vendors. Act as SME for inspections and returns, manage arbitration and auction decisions, enforce policies, document outcomes, and maintain compliant, customer-focused lease-end experiences while driving process improvements. Collaborate with remarketing sales and other internal teams to facilitate resale of returned vehicles and address inquiries or charges related to lease terms and vehicle condition.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum of Salesforce.com experience
- 2 years’ minimum of Automotive Remarketing industry experience
- 3 years’ minimum of Customer Service experience managing escalations
- 5 years’ minimum experience in vehicle inspections and/or auto auction industry
- High School Diploma and/or GED; college or degree preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Experience creating, implementing, and following standard operating procedures
- Organizational and time management skills with multi-tasking ability
- Independent thinking and problem-solving skills related to lease-end
- Familiarity with auto finance systems, lease management software, and financial processing tools
- Basic understanding of lease agreements, residual values, and vehicle condition guidelines
- Ability to read and evaluate vehicle inspection reports to assess condition
- Proven ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations professionally
- Must have reliable transportation and live within commutable distance to Dallas, TX
- Authorization to work in the United States
