Oversee end-of-lease inspections and coordination for returned vehicles, manage 3rd-party inspection vendors and dealer/lessee inquiries, make independent decisions on inspections/arbitrations and auction sales, ensure compliance with lease terms and regulatory requirements, maintain dealer relationships, and drive process improvements in the lease-end workflow.
