Remarketing Lease End Inspection Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee the lease-end inspection process for returned vehicles, acting as the primary liaison with dealers, lessees, and 3rd-party inspection vendors. Exercise independent decision-making on vehicle inspections, arbitration, and auction sales; serve as the SME for inspections and lease returns; manage wear & tear, mileage, and vehicle condition assessments; enforce arbitration policies; handle documentation, customer inquiries, and post-sale resolutions; coordinate lease-end activities; ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and contractual terms; build and maintain dealer relationships and streamline the lease-end workflow. Requires strong Excel and Salesforce proficiency, excellent customer service and written/verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks; travel up to 10% and reside within commuting distance to Dallas, Auburn Hills, or Houston.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years minimum of Salesforce.com experience
- 2 years minimum Automotive Remarketing industry experience
- 3 years minimum of Customer Service experience managing escalations
- 5 years minimum experience in vehicle inspections and/or auto auction industry
- High School Diploma and/or GED (college or degree preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to document information accurately
- Ability to create, implement, and follow standard operating procedures
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Independent thinking and problem-solving
- Familiarity with auto finance systems, lease management software, and financial processing tools
- Basic understanding of lease agreements, residual values, and vehicle condition guidelines
- Ability to read and evaluate vehicle inspection reports
- Ability to manage difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and tact
- Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX; Auburn Hills, MI; Houston, TX
- Travel 10% of the time
- Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
