Job Summary
Organize and account for fluctuating inventory through high-volume lot organization, ensuring safety, efficiency, and security. Check in and process over 100 vehicle transactions daily, maintaining systems for key organization and completing paperwork for repairs, pickups, and deliveries. Engage effectively with vendors to schedule minor repairs and coordinate vehicle movements, while notifying management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment or lot conditions. Perform physical requirements related to the PDI process and manage front gate security. Work outdoors 90% of the time and execute additional administrative or janitorial duties as assigned. This role supports the Remarketing department within Enterprise Mobility's fleet operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience
