Job Summary
Manage repossessed vehicle inventory and auction vendor relationships; act as primary contact for vehicle assessment, reconditioning, sale preparation, valuation and sale decisions to maximize net recovery. Monitor vendor performance, organize status meetings, review scorecards, negotiate arbitration claims, identify market arbitrage opportunities, audit auction expenses, and report travel-related costs. Requires independent work with time constraints, cross-functional collaboration, and familiarity with auction platforms and remarketing processes; prior experience in vehicle valuation and wholesale remarketing channels is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or college equivalent experience preferred
- 5 years of related automotive/remarketing experience required
- Experience with vehicle valuation, reconditioning assessment, and wholesale remarketing channels
- Familiarity with NAAA auction policies highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
