Job Summary
Deliver wheels and tires along a defined route after training; load/unload wheels and tires (up to ~50 lbs per wheel), operate the company vehicle safely, and provide outstanding customer service. Drive to grow the business through new customer acquisition, manage transactions and payments using company systems, balance route activities, and maintain customer data. Ensure asset protection and safety, and comply with license checks and driver qualification policies.
Required Qualifications
- Full license check with a clear license
- License must be clear of infractions
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Math abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in route operations
- Ability to communicate with and influence people to sell products/services to existing customers
- Ability to meet Company Driver Qualification Policy
