Job Summary
REM Field Lead role overseeing daily maintenance operations, facility upkeep, and repair activities across warehouse and commercial properties. Leads and supports maintenance technicians and field personnel; assigns and tracks daily work orders through the REM software; provides guidance on troubleshooting and maintenance best practices; inspects work for quality; supports budgeting, vendor coordination, and capital improvements; maintains records and assists with renovations and seasonal property needs. Requires strong leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; hands-on ability with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, roofing, doors, docks, and general building systems.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of maintenance, facilities, or warehouse operations experience.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
- Experience with work order systems and Microsoft Office applications.
