Job Summary
Relocation Project Manager at JLL oversees end-to-end relocation and reconfiguration projects for the Dell Technologies account, managing the Corrigo work order system, on-site third-party vendors, and coordination of budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications. You will serve as the single point of contact for relocation and reconfiguration activities, develop detailed project plans with Facilities, Project Management, and Construction teams, prepare status reports, maintain occupancy data in CAFM systems, and ensure alignment with client and company standards. The role requires demonstrated PM experience in relocations/reconfigurations, proficiency in Corrigo and CAFM systems (PlanOn or ARCHIBUS), advanced Excel and MS Project skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position is on-site in Round Rock, TX, United States, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in project management, specifically related to relocations, reconfigurations, or facilities moves
- Proficiency in Corrigo and CAFM systems such as PlanOn or ARCHIBUS
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and create detailed financial reports
- Strong Microsoft Project skills for developing and managing project schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating vendors and third-party service providers
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues proactively and develop effective solutions
- Location: Round Rock, TX - On site
