Job Summary
Relocation Project Manager at JLL responsible for leading all relocation project activities from planning through closeout, coordinating with Facilities, IT, AV, Security, and vendors, managing moves outside standard hours, ensuring quality and budget adherence, and using CAD/CAFM tools and move-management processes to optimize space and occupancy. Applies cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and strong communication to deliver seamless relocation services for clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in relocation project management, MAC, project management, facilities management, or related experience in a Corporate Real Estate Environment
- On-site 3 days per week; travel up to 30%
- Experience delivering projects from inception to completion with budget and timeline adherence
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency with CAD/CAFM technology and move management modules; Corrigo Work Order system; Microsoft Excel and MS Projects
