Job Summary
Create and monitor work orders using the T3 platform to track service intervals and diagnose issues across hundreds of equipment makes and models. Perform maintenance and repair on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for both rental and customer-owned machinery while adhering to safe job practices and OSHA requirements. Assist in training lower-level technicians, manage electronic documentation of daily work, and handle equipment pickup and delivery. Travel to customer job sites as needed for repairs, maintaining the service vehicle in a clean and professional manner. Requires valid driver's license, advanced mechanical aptitude, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to move, stand, stoop and bend freely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Must be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements
