Job Summary

Relocation Manager, FF&E Logistics leads relocation planning for Investor Centers and branch relocations, coordinating furniture planning, installation, styling, plants, artwork, and related opening-readiness work. Partnering with project teams, vendors, branch leadership, and installation teams, the role supports move sequencing, field coordination, issue resolution, and final branch readiness. Responsibilities include lead relocation planning and execution, providing furniture estimates, coordinating with project managers and vendors, routing construction documents, approving proposals, and tracking orders to receipt at the local dealer. Manage installation sequencing around construction completion, including furniture delivery, styling, plants, signage readiness, technology/security interfaces, and turnover. For relocations, coordinate closure, move-in, decommissioning, and turnover of space to the landlord; for phased renovations, coordinate preconstruction moves and phase furniture installation. Validate specifications, plan quantities, dealer counts, field conditions, installation constraints, punch lists, and warranty/final completion requirements. Work from furniture specifications including item codes, locations, quantities, and dealer verification. Coordinate with furniture dealer, Project Manager, GC/CM, electrician, branch leadership, vendors, movers, plant/styling teams, and security/technology teams. Maintain relocation and FF&E punch lists through completion and project closeout. Proficient in reading construction documents and using MS Office and project tracking tools. Travel up to 20% on the East Coast; work location preference near King of Prussia, PA, with hybrid options from West Chester, PA or Philadelphia, PA; or Somerville, NJ; with potential remote work other times.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in relocation, move management, FF&E coordination, furniture installation, facilities coordination, retail interiors, corporate interiors, or a related field.
  • Experience reading and interpreting furniture plans, furniture schedules, finish/specification packages, and construction documents.
  • Strong experience coordinating vendors, managing logistics, maintaining punch lists, and resolving field issues.
  • Ability to manage tight installation windows, weekend or evening work, branch move sequencing, and occupied-site constraints.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project tracking tools, and furniture/vendor order tracking systems.
  • Ability to track furniture orders, installation status, punch list items, field issues, and closeout requirements across multiple active projects.
