Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end relocation programs for assignees and families, managing the process from pre-decision through settling-in and repatriation. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and service partners to ensure timely communication and seamless service delivery. Manage third-party vendors, maintain accurate documentation and case files, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders. Support client meetings and business development activities while controlling costs and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local housing, schools, and healthcare options. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in relocation services, real estate, human resources, customer service, finance, or a related field
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and cultures
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and service providers simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bachelors/Graduate degree
