Relocate to SF: Head of People

Head of People at Pylon — own and build the people function end-to-end. Lead People Ops, HR, performance and compensation, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, equity administration, and immigration counsel. Act as Head of Recruiting, maintain the headcount plan, and close gaps between plan and actuals. Drive culture, values, and org design in partnership with founders; coach managers and scale the function from ~50 to 500 employees. This is a hands-on, player-coach role focused on implementing processes and systems, from onboarding 30/60/90-day plans to performance management machinery, while shaping the company’s people strategy and in-person SF presence.
