Relocate to SF: Founding GTM Recruiter

As our first recruiting hire, you will own the entire recruiting funnel for our GTM organization from strategy to close, collaborating directly with founders and leadership to attract and close top talent. This fully in-person role based in San Francisco requires relocation support and focuses on building scalable recruiting processes, crafting top-of-funnel pipelines through creative sourcing and outbound strategies, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will drive hiring for GTM and business roles, manage multiple searches, use Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and track recruiting metrics to inform strategy. The role emphasizes hands-on sourcing, closing talent in competitive markets, and shaping the hiring function from scratch with direct influence on company growth.
