Job Summary
Founding Account Manager focused on post-sales success and revenue growth for a San Francisco-based, on-site role. Own expansion opportunities, lead renewal discussions, collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align health/disusage insights with commercial strategy, and develop account plans to increase customer lifetime value. Build strong executive relationships, maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline, and drive measurable revenue growth through strategic engagement with a defined portfolio. Requires 3+ years in quota-carrying account management or post-sales roles, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), data-driven decision making, and comfort working in person in San Francisco. Bonus: dashboards/analytics experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Account Management, Sales, or post-sales roles with quota-carrying experience
- Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate and work in person
- Comfortable interacting with customers daily over chat and video
- Analytical thinking with ability to understand customer use cases and recommend strategic solutions
- Operational discipline and the ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Product curiosity and ability to translate product nuances into business value
- Bonus: experience building or analyzing dashboards in modern analytics tools
- Proficiency with CRM and revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong relationships with customer stakeholders (executives, champions, operators)
- Ability to develop deep understanding of complex technical products and translate features into business value
- Data-driven in identifying and prioritizing expansion opportunities within a portfolio
