Job Summary

Accompany Hajj and Umrah groups throughout their entire journey, ensuring all travel documents including passports, visas, and flight tickets are complete and valid before departure. Conduct pre-travel orientation sessions to explain itineraries, procedures, and guidelines, then guide pilgrims through airport check-in, immigration, and boarding while coordinating hotel check-ins and room allocations. Manage transportation, accommodation, and scheduled activities, providing continuous support to handle inquiries, complaints, and emergencies by coordinating with operations teams and local service providers. Monitor group attendance and safety, assisting with rituals and submitting trip reports after completion. Requires 2–5 years of experience in religious tourism operations with mandatory prior leadership of Hajj and Umrah groups. Arabic fluency and English proficiency are essential for this full-time on-site role involving business travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Religious Tourism Operations or Tour Leadership
  • Previous experience leading Hajj and Umrah groups
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage groups and work under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals and procedures
  • Familiarity with hotels, transportation routes, and logistics in Makkah and Madinah
  • Experience coordinating with local service providers and ground operators
  • High level of responsibility, flexibility, and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience using reservation and booking systems
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and online communication tools
  • Ability to use Google Maps and travel applications
  • Arabic: Native or Fluent
  • English: Good command
  • Business travel is required, including accompanying pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah trips

Desired Qualifications

  • Graduates of Islamic Studies, Sharia, Usul El Din, Da'wah, Arabic Language, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant experience in Hajj and Umrah operations
