Job Summary
Performs kitchen duties, assists in daily cleaning, preparation and service of food, provides excellent customer service, operates and sanitizes food-service equipment, checks temperatures and quality of prepared foods, assists with refrigeration/storage cleaning, handles cashiering duties, and follows HACCP plans and standard operating procedures in a district school nutrition program to ensure healthy, appealing meals for students.
Required Qualifications
- Criminal background check and fingerprinting required
- High School Equivalency (HSE) diploma
- Experience in food service, including serving, catering, kitchen, bartending, or restaurant service.
