Relief Veterinary Receptionist

As a Veterinary Receptionist at BluePearl Pet Hospital, you are the first BluePearl Associate clients see. You will greet clients warmly, manage arrival screening, determine whether arrivals are standard or stat emergencies, confirm appointments, relay information clearly by phone and in person, and provide compassionate support to grieving clients. You will act as a liaison between clients and service teams, assist with handling pet remains respectfully, and contribute to a training-forward culture with opportunities for advancement through regional programs and BluePearl University. The role emphasizes calm, compassionate communication in a fast-paced, emergency and specialty-care environment, and does not provide visa sponsorship for future employment.
