Job Summary
Conduct site patrols, security inspections, and safety checks to protect people, property, and assets while welcoming staff, visitors, and contractors with a professional approach. Monitor access points, CCTV systems, and ensure client procedures are followed. Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, alarm activations, evacuations, and search procedures, maintaining vigilance to prevent disruption and identify risks. Complete accurate incident reports, site records, and handovers. A valid SIA licence is required before commencing shifts. Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid full SIA licence
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence
- First Aid qualification
- CCTV Licence
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment history
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays
