RELIEF PIT SUPERVISOR

Oversee all activities of the table games department to ensure efficient operation and act as a Dealer to assist with shift coverage. Perform all aspects of dealing assigned games while maintaining the highest standards in customer service, and assist in tracking play and game observation. Demonstrate an effective working knowledge of dealing policies and gaming procedures, ensuring the team adheres to the Legends Bay Casino Procedures manual. Resolve customer complaints or refer matters to a supervisor/manager, and provide motivation, guidance, and support to Table Games Team Members. Maintain manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money. This role requires flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the gaming industry and a Nevada Gaming Card Registration.
