Job Summary
Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately while managing inventory levels for patients. Counsel patients on new medications and educate them through public health events and clinics. Administer vaccinations, conduct point-of-care testing, and prescribe for minor ailments within legislative scope. Provide pharmaceutical services including medication reviews, follow-ups, and cost control across the dispensary. Travel within Ontario using a provided fleet vehicle to support these duties across Southwestern Ontario locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy
- licensed to Provide Patient Care in Ontario (OCP)
- OCP License number
- Drivers License
- clean Drivers Abstract
- Superior customer relations skills

- Excellent leadership and performance management skills
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills
- working knowledge of HealthWATCH Pharmacy computer system
- Candidates who are 18 years or older
- complete a criminal background check
