Relief Pharmacist

Fill prescriptions safely and accurately while maintaining positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership. Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results, educate and mentor them to be effective team members, and motivate staff to perform at their highest level. Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge and perform clinical services, including immunizations, where permitted. Listen to patients to resolve their needs and ensure customer service standards are met. Competent in Meijer policies, state and federal laws, and pharmacy systems, you will prioritize workload and act as an agent of change within the pharmacy team.
