Relief Operator

Relieve Production Operators or Material Handlers for breaks or absences while assisting with material movement, stock supplies, and scrap removal in the production area. Support color changes, maintain regrind flow to maguires at correct percentages, and complete forklift checklists daily if operating the equipment. Lead offline builds and activities as needed, ensuring all work is performed safely using required personal protective equipment. Actively promote and sustain Continuous Improvement, 5S, and STW activities within the manufacturing environment. This role supports the smooth flow of production at Menasha Corporation's ORBIS business, which optimizes supply chains with reusable packaging solutions for global brands.
