Job Summary

Operate the Milk HTST system, monitor filler equipment, and assist across the product line, cooler, raw receiving, and loading/unloading of case trailers. Provide break and lunch coverage for team members as assigned while adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines. Perform tasks related to HTST and blending operations as required, taking on general relief duties to support plant operations. Work the 1st shift with overtime, weekends, and holidays available at $19.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma, general education degree (GED), or international equivalent
  • Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds
  • Must be able to work in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature
  • Must be able to handle contact with water or dairy liquids
  • Must be able to tolerate a noise level of 90 decibels
  • Must be able to work in wet/slippery work conditions
  • Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Must be able to operate the Milk HTST (High Temperature Short Time) system according to established protocols and quality standards
  • Must be able to monitor and operate filler equipment to ensure consistent product flow, quality, and efficiency
  • Must be able to assist as a relief operator in various areas, including the product line, cooler, raw receiving, and loading/unloading of case trailers
  • Must be able to provide break and lunch coverage for team members as assigned
  • Must be able to adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including the correct use of tools and equipment, reporting hazards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Must be able to perform tasks related to HTST and blending operations as required
  • Must be able to take on general relief duties as needed to support plant operations
  • Must be able to complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or management
  • Must be able to consistently follow all company safety protocols, which include understanding workplace hazards, using appropriate tools, reporting unsafe conditions, and assisting others to maintain a safe environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or food processing experience
  • Experience in dairy manufacturing
