Job Summary
Operate multiple production stations including HTST, blending, CIP, filler, and blow mold equipment while performing raw receiving, loading, and unloading case trailers. Execute organoleptic testing on finished products to detect deviations in flavor, aroma, color, and texture. Follow all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Provide relief coverage for full shifts, including breaks and lunches, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Lift up to 60 pounds and handle dairy products weighing up to 200 pounds. Work in cooler rooms with varying temperatures and moderate-to-high noise levels.
Required Qualifications

- High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) certificate, or international equivalent
