Relief OB/GYN physician per diem at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA. Required Qualifications
- Completion of Internship/Residency Program in area of specialty from an Accredited School of Medicine
- Licensed to practice as a physician in the State (during onboarding process)
- OB/GYN board certified or board eligible
- Drug Enforcement Admin Federal Number
- BLS (during onboarding process)
