Job Summary
Relief Mixing Machine Operator (6 months secondment) at pladis Carlisle factory. Role involves packing and feeding biscuits, operating dough mixers across zones, maintaining safety, quality and hygiene, and supporting line operations. Opportunity to move into a permanent role with training provided; requires ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment and to adapt to lines moving across the factory as needed. Shifts cover 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday, with training and involvement in improvement initiatives; emphasis on teamwork, quality adherence, and meeting production targets.
