Job Summary
Facilitate success for children and youth by assisting with day-to-day activities, maintaining a structured setting, and fostering skill development. Ensure safety and provide for daily needs while managing crisis situations and supporting school attendance. Participate in supervision and meetings to implement pre-determined treatment strategies. Accept a minimum of three monthly shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while adhering to workplace protocols regarding animals. Maintain a clean 3-year driver's abstract and $2M liability insurance coverage for work-related travel.
Required Qualifications
- First Aid Certificate Level C from an Alberta OHS Approved Agency
- A reliable personal vehicle
- Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
- Clean 3 Year Driver's Abstract
- Proof of $2M Liability Auto Insurance Coverage
- Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (completed within the last 6 months)
- Intervention Record Check (completed within the last 6 months)
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to manage a crisis situation in a therapeutic manner
- Ability to intervene physically in a manner that reduces the risk of harm
- Can work full-time in Canada without sponsorship

Desired Qualifications
