Relief Manager

Operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and recommending products. Manage merchandising, compliance, and promotional signage while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Handle merchandise shipments, perform opening and closing duties, train newly hired associates, and direct sales and cashier teams. Enforce loss prevention policies and inventory controls, performing additional duties as assigned by management. Requires previous retail management experience, strong communication skills, and basic math abilities. Must be 21 years of age or older with a High School diploma or equivalent.
