Relief Manager

Operate the store in the absence of the Store Manager by providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and recommending products. Manage merchandising and compliance, including setting promotional signage, stocking the sales floor, receiving shipments, and performing inventory control. Enforce all company policies and loss prevention measures while training newly hired associates and directing sales and cashier staff. Maintain a clean, organized environment and handle opening and closing procedures. Must be 21 or older with previous retail management experience, strong communication skills, and basic math abilities. Flexible scheduling available with E-Verify subject to acceptance.
