Job Summary
Relief Youth Advocates in Eliot’s Juvenile Justice program provide trauma-informed care to create a safe, therapeutic environment for youth ages 13–21; promote inclusivity and respectful behavior; mentor youth in their development and healthy decision-making; implement program activities that support growth and safety, including crisis prevention and de-escalation; and participate in structured residential interventions within a mission-driven, growth-oriented workplace.
Required Qualifications
