Job Summary
Relief Job Coach to support adults with ID/DD in West Roxbury and Norwood, MA on a per diem basis. Responsibilities include covering work sites and on/off-site Life Enhancement activities, providing structure and teaching, transporting individuals to programs and/or employment, and maintaining information through log notes, data books, and communication logs. Requires experience with ID/DD populations, valid driver’s license, fingerprint/CORI/DPPC and driving background checks; Map Certification preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.
