Relief Housekeeping Supervisor – Temporary

Relief Housekeeping Supervisor responsible for directing and supporting a section of the Housekeeping team to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to Four Seasons standards. Duties include inspecting work, coaching and training staff, scheduling daily assignments, coordinating maintenance/work orders, releasing rooms for occupancy in a timely manner, and ensuring supplies are properly stocked. The role requires monitoring performance, providing feedback and coaching, supporting operations during high-volume periods, and working harmoniously with colleagues and guests in a fast-paced luxury environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
