Job Summary
Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and conduct nightly audits of accounts while ensuring accurate transaction processing. Welcome guests warmly, resolve issues professionally, and maintain accurate guest records and reservations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold security and integrity during overnight shifts. This role requires working the 3rd shift including weekends, reporting to the Director of Front Office. Previous hotel night audit or reception desk experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Relief Overnight including weekends required
- Ability to work the 3rd (Overnight) shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Previous accounting, banking, hotel night audit experience preferred
- Previous experience in a reception desk role preferred, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
