Job Summary
Provide culturally appropriate, trauma-informed guest services and frontline operations for Community Forward SF programs. Responsibilities include supporting guests’ health, safety, and wellbeing; offering counseling, resources, information, outreach, and individual advocacy; monitoring health and safety, managing visitor access, assisting with meals, helping with client navigation through intake and discharge processes, maintaining facility cleanliness, and collaborating with site management and teams to incorporate guest feedback. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods and work in a diverse, changing environment in San Francisco. CPR and First Aid certification is required within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR and first aid certification within 90 days of hire
- Experience with unhoused community and/or Home Health Aide preferred
- Ability to de-escalate conflict
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
