Job Summary
Relief Count Team Supervisor at Gateway Casinos & Entertainment (Canada) oversees Count Room operations, supervises staff, and ensures accuracy and confidentiality of monetary counting and drop procedures while adhering to Gaming Commission regulations. Responsibilities include guiding the Count Room and gaming floor drop processes, supporting hiring and performance management, and maintaining departmental performance. Must have leadership experience in hospitality/customer service or food & beverage, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make independent judgments within policy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to work overtime, plus the ability to obtain provincial registrations (BCLC/AGLC/AGCO) as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in a management role.
- Post-secondary education in business, commerce, hospitality, or related field.
