Relief Cook - Nazareth Home Clifton

Relief Cook to support Nazareth Home Clifton's dietary team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking all food items per recipes and production sheets, performing daily prep, accurately recording temperatures, managing time to ensure meals are ready on schedule, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, stocking and maintaining kitchenettes on resident units, serving meals according to each resident’s diet plan, bussing and resetting the dining room, and assisting with dishwashing and general cleaning. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of cooking experience in a long-term health care setting, and a Food Handlers Certificate; CDM certification is preferred.
