Job Summary
Relief Chef Manager position across the Cumbria patch (Barrow to Carlisle) with live-in option. Primary responsibilities include supporting, guiding and leading the regional Kitchen teams, covering holidays and sickness, planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food to standard, enforcing health and safety/food safety standards, managing stock, portions and waste, maintaining production records, and providing menu ideas while traveling the region. Requires proven Chef Manager experience, strong leadership and culinary skills, cost-management and effective communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
