Job Summary
Relief/Night Assistant Manager at QuikTrip will ensure shift team meets QT Standards of Store Operations and operates according to Policies & Procedures and Training Guides. Major duties include Customer Relations, Merchandising, Store Appearance, Business Operations, and Employee Support. Requires high school diploma or GED and retail store sales experience; strong English communication, a pleasant disposition, patience with customers, self-motivation, and ability to work unsupervised. Position located at 3701 Arco Corporate Drive, Charlotte, NC (Store 1054) with evening/night shift schedule.
