Job Summary
Sell and order products into existing accounts while maintaining merchandising and customer service standards. Execute and close all sales calls for assigned relief routes, ensuring consistent adherence to company assets and point-of-sale protocols. Maintain appropriate inventory levels to determine product needs and secure incremental displays and equipment. Work full-time Monday through Friday starting at 7am, with local routes in Battle Creek, Kalamazoo, and surrounding communities. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Must have reliable automobile transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
