Relic Coordinator

Coordinate the full product assessment process by learning oracle transaction processes to reserve inventory and accurately updating assessment sheets with requested subject relic quantities. Read, interpret, and troubleshoot errors across Product documents, including Subject lists, BOMs, and Electronic Design Requests. Process inventory returns to update Oracle availability, log hours in Airtable, and track status through procurement, cutting, and subject list updates. Effectively communicate across Product Development, Project Management, and Athlete Partnerships to notify teams of necessary product changes and escalate items to senior management as needed. Uphold security measures to ensure relic safety while learning new processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
