Job Summary
Improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, efficient plant operations by executing predictive maintenance activities including vibration analysis, thermal imaging, and leak detection. Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostics on pumps, motors, drives, and process systems to identify failure modes and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs within the CMMS while troubleshooting recurring issues and updating equipment documentation. This role combines precision maintenance practices with condition monitoring to extend asset life and minimize downtime across the facility. Candidates must operate within our mission-driven culture, follow strict safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, and maintain accurate reliability records.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in reliability, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Process Flow Systems
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Blend Tanks
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Centrifugal Pumps
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Gaskets and Mechanical Seals
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Pump Cavitation Detection
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Pump Reliability Programs
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Conveyor Systems
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: PLC-Controlled Equipment
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Direct Drive Motors
- Experience working with and troubleshooting: Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Experience reading and interpreting P&IDs

- Physical requirements of the position include walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in chemical processing, water treatment, oil & gas, or similar industrial environments
- Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Experience with MaintainX CMMS
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification
