Reliability Technician (Temp. Assignment)

Collect oil samples per test plan and perform oil changes based on results. Conduct routine ultrasonic greasing, air and nitrogen leak surveys, and oversee necessary repairs. Perform routine vibration data collection and yearly digital thermography of all MCC panels. Work with the Reliability Engineer to collect data for failure analyses, participate in criticality assessments and FMEAs, and facilitate repairs for the Mechanical Integrity program. Create Notifications and Work Orders in SAP. This temporary assignment requires a high school diploma and certifications in Machinery Lubrication, Ultrasonic, Vibration, Thermography, Lean Six Sigma, and CMRP.
