Job Summary
Execute vibration analysis, lubrication, and thermography programs while supporting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiatives. Collect and analyze equipment performance data to drive continuous improvement in reliability for cement manufacturing operations. Partner with Maintenance Planners and Managers to implement follow-up actions and provide backup support for Supervisors as needed. Requires Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years in heavy industrial environments. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 10+ years of experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical inspection and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret equipment performance data
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment sponsorship
