Job Summary
Reliability Supervisor responsible for leading equipment criticality analysis and FMEA to develop maintenance strategies, managing CMMS and PDM databases, executing proactive maintenance, leading RCA for downtime, and delivering data-driven equipment health reports. Responsibilities include lubrication management for food safety, spare parts and asset compliance, Capex project support, and organizing reliability training. Requires 5+ years in oil/food/chemical/pharma/pulp & paper equipment reliability, strong mechanical theory, RCA tools (5 Why, fishbone, Apollo), SAP experience, CAD proficiency, and English communication. Located in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, CN; in-person work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 本科及以上学历
- 5年以上粮油、食品、化工、制药或造纸行业设备可靠性管理经验
- 扎实的机械理论基础
- 精通振动频谱分析及行业设备原理
- 熟练掌握RCA根因分析工具
- 精通SAP
- 熟练使用CAD及Office
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力
- 常白班双休
