Job Summary
Reliability Superintendent to lead a team of Reliability Specialists at Salt Lake City, UT or Concord, CA, reporting to the Western Reliability Center Manager. Responsibilities include supervising a reliability team, collaborating with the Regional Reliability team to achieve strategic reliability goals, providing technical guidance with engineering resources, ensuring optimal outage planning and PM/PdM program execution, championing EAM system usage for resource management and data integrity, and driving high-impact issue resolution with a focus on continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (or equivalent) with significant reliability/maintenance experience and supervisory experience; travel up to 50% may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 5 years of industrial reliability/maintenance experience (OR) minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in industrial reliability/maintenance.
- Proven experience with compressors, turbines, rotating equipment, motors, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
- A self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office Suite, etc.).
