Job Summary

Senior Reliability Specialist – Maintenance Systems and Governance with primary focus on SAP PM and MRO governance, responsible for enterprise ownership, standards development, and continuous improvement of maintenance systems. Lead governance of SAP PM across manufacturing sites, translate reliability strategy into practical system-enabled solutions for preventive maintenance and planning, design and validate SAP PM configurations, manage change control, and train planners and maintenance teams. Collaborate with site maintenance leaders and corporate teams to ensure data quality, meaningful metrics, and standardized maintenance solutions are scalable and sustainable across the network.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Systems, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP PM, including preventive maintenance, task lists, work order management, notifications, and master data governance
  • Experience in maintenance systems governance and reliability/asset management within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience developing, governing, and deploying maintenance standards across multiple sites
  • Ability to design, test, validate, and implement system solutions prior to enterprise deployment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence without direct authority
